Courtney is an approachable, engaging person who has a genuine understanding of his clients requirements.

Courtney grew up on a farm at Tenindewa, in the Mullewa district. After attending school in Mullewa and Geraldton, he graduated from Muresk Institute of Agriculture in 1985, and retuned to the family property. He managed the property and expanded its acreage to about 5000 ha.

He believes that small country communities are a great place to grow up in and to raise a family. He also understands the challenges of living in smaller communities and on increasingly more isolated farms.

Having been a vendor and a purchaser of farming property, Courtney has a good understanding of how both parties like to be treated. His clients are treated with integrity, honesty and confidentiality. His experience as a primary producer and his knowledge of the region have him well placed to assist both sellers and buyers to achieve a great outcome in property transactions.
