About Craig Balme - Real Estate Agent
I am the first to admit – I am a very lucky man. I am also a very grateful and inspired one.
I have had over 20 very fulfilling years of owning and managing one of the nation’s top real estate agencies.
I took enormous pride in our business … particularly in the education of our staff and exposure to the latest research, marketing techniques and training that delivered highly successful outcomes. The highest principles and ethics were expected at all times.
I enjoyed my role as a mentor while still retaining a large personal client base.
I was heavily involved in developing the residential landscape of one of WA’s premier tourist towns, initially through the off-the-plan growth of an extensive marina complex, and in more recent years the development and sale of many popular land subdivisions.
Also, my team and I were successful in the sale of thousands of established properties, from acreage to unit complexes, from the most modest of houses to multi million dollar waterfront homes.
We placed the highest priority on establishing solid relationships with our clients, many repeat clients, demonstrating time and time again why they were right to place their faith in us to sell their home.
Being consistently the #1 selling office in Australia for the Century 21 franchise, the world’s biggest real estate group, confirmed that our clients knew, instinctively, that we were the best equipped real estate professionals to work with them on the successful sale of their property.
I made the decision to sell our agency for two reasons – primarily to move closer to family, including our adored grandchildren, here in beautiful Queensland. But I also wanted to get right back to basics – the fun part – to hand over management of a big office, to dedicate my time to simply working one-on-one with owners. To sharing what I’ve learned. To enjoying newly forged relationships. To being of service.
Parting with my real estate “baby” was a special time – I was overjoyed to be handing over the reins to two of my business’s most successful sales professionals who were eager to progress to business ownership themselves. I am delighted to say that they hit the ground running, and the business remains a flagship of the C21 fleet. I couldn’t be more proud!
I now find myself in the very fortunate position of being able to “run my own race” here in Brisbane, while still enjoying regular trips back to WA where I have maintained a strong relationship with a long-term client selling land sub divisions. And of course, when the call comes, I am delighted to assist there, too, in selling clients’ houses.
I believe I am in a unique position to offer clients my focussed time, vast experience, and a very personal interest in achieving the outcome they need and deserve - all the while remaining reassured, relaxed and confident.
