Craig is the driving force behind Charles & Stuart’s Property Management team. He is a well-respected and motivated professional, whose passion for the property industry comes from growing up spending weekends, holidays and spare time in the offices of his family’s real estate business. A licensed real estate agent and Justice of the Peace, Craig has a detailed understanding of tenant legislation and the ability to develop well-defined strategies to achieve maximum returns for landlords. Craig knows how to provide high levels of customer service to his landlords – whether that means achieving high rental returns, minimising hassles, maximising occupancy, ensuring stable tenancies and/or providing high levels of care. “Ultimately I want my landlords to feel relaxed and confident that their investment is under control and in good hands”, he says.
