Crump Stock & Station Agency was founded in 2020 by husband and wife team, Damien and Sarah Crump. Damien is a licensed Stock & Station Agent and Auctioneer, and has worked within the livestock industry throughout his entire professional career. He has been around the livestock industry all of his life, with the iconic Wollombi Saleyards in the Hunter Valley being owned by the Crump family for over 100 years. Sarah also has family connections to the agency way of life, with her paternal grandfather, Ray Crawford, having owned and operated Ray Crawford & Co Stock & Station Agency in the Inverell area for almost 50 years.

​Damien and Sarah reside on the outskirts of Bingara on their small acreage with sons, William, Thomas, Joseph and newborn twin daughters, Audrey and Isabelle. Damien is a volunteer committee member of Bingara Jockey Club, President of Bingara Show Society and throughout the drought, volunteered the delivery of essential items to drought-affected farmers. Sarah is the founding member of local fundraiser, Unleash the Black Dog, aimed at creating awareness about good mental health to residents of the Gwydir Shire.
