About CSBM Real Estate - THORNTON

Our founder Stephen McBeath established Stephen McBeath Developments Pty Ltd in 2007 for the purpose of creating house and land packages.

In that time, he has developed a number of quality but affordable homes that have been sold to families across the Hunter.

In 2015 CSBM Real Estate was established so that Stephen could assist vendors through one of the most important processes that they will ever undertake in their life.

With his industry knowledge he can travel through this journey with you to make the process easier and less stressful for everyone involved.

The McBeath family has been involved in the building industry for decades, with Stephen’s father being a builder/carpenter and his brother following in his footsteps.

Stephen turned to a different trade, completing his studies and becoming a licenced electrician in the 1970’s.

With the passion for real estate embedded into him at a young age it was inevitable that he would eventually take this passion and turn it into reality.

So, in 2006 Stephen decided to try his hand at property development. I’ve been involved in the business ever since and have learnt many lessons in the business especially the building process and pitfalls.​

Stephen then decided to further his real estate training, obtaining the necessary qualifications to gain his Real Estate Agents Licence and Auctioneers Licence.

Stephen has a vast amount of knowledge to assist anyone wanting to get into the real estate market.

Whether it be a first home buyer, someone moving up to a larger family home, someone wanting to downsize or for the astute investor.

Stephen has the communication skills to be able to understand your needs and to make the sale process as smooth as possible. ​

A lot of people are curious about our name CSBM. Well it’s quite simple. My sons name is Cameron Stephen, my name is Stephen Bruce and our surname is McBeath. If you put all of the initials together you get CSB
