A genuine love for both helping people and beautiful houses led to Cynthia Imbriano’s career in real estate. Following the footsteps of her Mother’s 30-year stint in the Property Management realm, it was only natural Cynthia discovered a passion and natural flare in the same industry. 

Starting her career in a real estate administration role, she very quickly outgrew her responsibilities and dived into a leasing consultant position. Cynthia’s ‘go-getter’ personality saw her climb the ranks quickly, it wasn’t before long the young 24-year-old was managing a department.

The satisfaction of helping people and guiding them through their investment process is what drives Cynthia. Helping her clients, both landlords and tenants is what differentiates this real estate guru from the rest, she has a strong ethic around helping both sides, offering a solution and simply doing the right thing.

Hearing a landlord’s unfortunate property leasing experience drives Cynthia to change the reputation of agents. Her service is second-to-none and she prides herself on building relationships with her clients through effective communication and advice around the property market.

A lover of all things real estate had 16-year-old Cynthia ready to say goodbye to school and pursue her career in the industry. She stuck it out and followed her dreams soon after. Following the real estate path, Cynthia worked for both big and boutique agencies to gain valuable experience to bring to her own agency. 

The Skye-local is a lover of hiking and the great outdoors. Outside of her nine-to-five, if she isn’t finding a new mountain trail with her dogs, Luna and Leo, she will be at Pilates or making wood-fire pizzas with her husband, Marcus.
