Meet Dale Woodhams, a real estate sales associate with Dan Smith’s team at The Agency Sunshine Coast, who has a deep passion for property and a natural talent for building relationships with his clients. With a background in carpentry, Dale followed his interest in property and began his career in sales with a leading Sunshine Coast builder designing homes and selling off the plan. Through this experience, he gained valuable knowledge in residential property and further cemented his desire to move into real estate. 

Dale learned early on in his career that relationships are paramount, and he has honed his skills over the years to ensure his clients receive the best possible experience. As a property owner himself, Dale understands the importance of finding the perfect property that suits each individual's needs. Dale has just completed his first investment build and understands the process from start to finish. 

Outside of work, Dale enjoys spending time relaxing on the beach with his friends and family. Dale also loves to spend time with his two golden retrievers, Bear and Betty, and is an avid gym-goer. He also enjoys playing golf and does so reasonably well...... if he does say so himself......
