As a Principal, alongside her husband Damian, Kylie manages the Elders Penrith and Wallacia teams as well as looking after a wide range of clients.

Kylie and Damian have a long term commitment to the area having lived in the area for over 30 years, they now raise their family and grow their businesses in the region.Having more than 12 years in retail sales and 10 years as support staff in real estate, Kylie keeps everything in the office running smoothly. She plays an important and strategic role working closely behind the scenes with our Sales and Property Management teams to drive the business forward.

Being organised and having an eye for detail, Kylie is particularly interested in the development of business systems that align business objectives and operational procedures that help deliver the high level of service our clients receive.
