Dan is the Principal of PRD Bungendore, a Licensed Real Estate, Stock & Station Agent born and bred in Bungendore. Dan has an enthusiastic knowledge of the local community and surrounding areas. Dan is driven to provide a 5 star real estate experience and understands the value of hard work. He also appreciates how important each property transaction is to his clients and is always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond.

Dan comes from a large family who still reside in the community and is now raising a family of his own. Dan's passion for Real Estate began in 2006 when he started building his own investment portfolio. He gained knowledge from buying and selling investment properties and decided a career in Real estate would be perfect. Dan owned a previous business for 10 years and in those years learnt everything he needed to know about possessing incredible customer service, client awareness and his strongest asset negotiation skills. Dan was able to negotiate the best price for multiple contracts with a National Company.

Dan's passionate about community sport, he has enjoyed coaching and developing senior and junior league players over the last 15 years. He also highly values giving back to the community through individual and club sponsorships and lives by the ethos of 'locals helping locals'.
