Danika's journey in the realm of real estate commenced at the age of 14, when she was undertaking the task of filing keys after school for a local agency in Launceston. Three days a week were dedicated to this role, earning $5 per hour—a testament to the commitment displayed from the very beginning.

Over the span of 11 years, Danika's trajectory evolved from the early days of key filing to navigating various roles within the industry. Relocating from Tasmania to the Sunshine Coast marked a new chapter as a receptionist. However, an unexpected detour led Danika to fulfil her dream job as a Flight Attendant while concurrently juggling responsibilities in PR, Marketing, and Events.

In the midst of the challenges posed by the Covid era, Danika reentered the world of real estate as an Executive Assistant. This role involved overseeing five offices on the northern Gold Coast. Subsequently, she joined Harcourts Queensland, collaborating with Broadbeach's number one agent for nearly two years. Even during a hiatus in Tasmania, where family took priority, Danika served as an Operations Manager for a local agency.

After a four-month return to the Sunshine Coast, Danika proudly calls Harcourts Community home. Her passion for real estate remains steadfast, and in every endeavour, she brings forth compassion, drive, and an unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service.
