Darren Cosgrove understands the high levels of stress and excitement that can be involved in selling & buying real estate. His personal experience investing, and renovating means he has substantial knowledge of the property market and a wealth of valuable advice that he willingly shares with his clients.

Born and raised in Brisbane’s inner-south, Darren has exceptional local knowledge. His clients aren’t the only ones who benefit from his long-term residence, he’s also a very active member in the community. Darren volunteers at and sponsors a host of local education facilities and sporting clubs, which earned him the title of Volunteer of the year in 2018 at the Yeronga Devils Junior AFL Club.

His keen eye for detail and confidence in a sales environment has been developed over an extensive career history, including over 20 years selling fine wines across Australia and the USA. His passion for results has instilled Darren with a personal mantra that he still lives by today; “Never be too big to do the little things brilliantly”.

Darren’s overall approach to real estate is a simple formula of hard work, old fashioned loyalty, honesty and integrity. These values are applied to every aspect of his life, and he is a dedicated family man.
