About David Kerr - Real Estate Agent

After over 20 years as a professional sports coach, David joined the First National Team in 2016 working in both Business Development, Management and Licensee positions.

David and his wife Eileen have taken over as the new owners and are excited about the future of the industry and thankful to Evan and Jenny who have worked closely with them as “the family” succession plan came into fruition.

Through their own real estate dealings over the years, that have included all aspects of the industry from buying established property, renovating, selling, building, subdividing to sell, they have experienced so much of the industry and look forward to helping others create their own real estate stories.

“Mum has been in the industry for over 35 years in a range of positions and seeing her work ethic and feeding off her knowledge and real estate stories has always interested me.”

David was so happy to join the team in 2016 and has not looked back since completing his Property Management and Sales Courses and then during covid, his Diploma of Agency Management to enable him to be the Licensee.

“Having the experience of our staff around me, I am excited to build a fantastic work culture and look forward to bringing some fresh procedures, job roles, marketing and ideas to the business".
