As a homeowner and property investor himself, David not only understands the responsibility that comes with looking after your greatest asset, but his own investment experience gives him an industry edge, including a keen insight into property investment strategies.

David prides himself on implementing and maintaining exceptionally high standards in the tenant selection process, the presentation of properties and ongoing management.

Having previously been responsible for rebuilding a rental business on the North Shore, his knowledge is extensive and diverse. David knows not only what it takes to have a tenancy run smoothly, but how to increase capital growth and rent returns.

His move to The Agency was the result of a desire to become part of a motivated team dedicated to providing a comprehensive property management service that considers the needs of both landlords and tenants to create and maintain ongoing harmony for all parties.
