As the Executive Managing Director (EMD) of CBRE’s Victorian business, Dean's focus is to shape the future growth of one of CBRE’s largest Pacific geographies. He is passionate about developing our people and providing a market leading service offering to our clients.

Dean also sits on CBRE’s Pacific Executive Committee, helping to guide our growth strategies across the region.

In addition to Dean's Victorian EMD responsibilities, he plays an active role in facilitating major transactions through CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics (I&L)- Development Services business, drawing on 17 years of experience in the I&L sector.

Dean's mandate is to deliver significant value to the owners of brown and greenfield development sites, by understanding their objectives and shaping holistic divestment programs factoring in risk, occupation and legacy issues.
