Since starting his real estate career in 1996, Dean has also found time to renovate many homes. This experience has made him even more aware of the potential hurdles that can await those thinking of going down the same path, particularly for the first time.

Dean’s experienced advice comes from his background as a building project manager and an experienced property developer. Just don’t ask him about food, because you may be there for a while, given that Dean also owned cafes and a restaurant/bar in Swan Street, Richmond!
