Deane has had a very prosperous fifteen years in the Real Estate industry with many record-breaking sales and many real estate awards, including numerous “Top Achiever” trophies for sales within the Barry Pant South Barwon offices.

Before real estate, Deane worked in senior roles within the hospitality industry for eight years, working locally and overseas.

Deane believes that the path to long-term personal satisfaction within the Real Estate industry includes the ability to negotiate, act ethically and get the best possible outcome for vendors and purchasers alike. This has resulted in many loyal clients returning to Deane for the sale of their most valuable investment, enthusiastic testimonials from his numerous happy clients as well as referrals to their friends and family.

Deane’s main focus in Real Estate is taking care of his clients, talking them through the entire process and making sure they feel comfortable in making the right decisions. Living locally, Deane puts his success down to being involved in an enthusiastic and friendly sales team of which he is a senior member, which has led a strong office culture. Also, with this success, it is very important to have strong family support, which he gets from his wife Simone and beautiful daughters Georgia and Maddison.
