Ian & Denise Wellstead bought the Bassendean office in 1998. Were they had worked a number of years as sales consultants.

Ian & Denise are a true part of the Bassendean community, as they have been living on North Road in Bassendean since 1999, and are intensely familiar with Bassendean and its history.

Denise's high profile and active commitment to her profession for over 20 years has enabled her to remain at the top level of real estate sales, she consistently achieves the greater market share in the Bassendean area.

Denise was the first local agent to break the million dollar sale price barrier, with the sale of a North Road property in 2003 and in 2007 sold the highest priced residential property in Bassendean.
