Derrick began his real estate career after his loyalty of 15 years with local Australian automotive and building products company EGR. His life-changing decision to move proved to be an extremely rewarding choice as he successfully achieved over half of the office sales in his first year in real estate. As an expert in the local area, Derrick utilizes his expansive knowledge to assist clients in attaining the most for their home.

Derrick knows what is on the market and what has been sold, therefore he can advise his clients on what current buyers are looking for. He can offer complimentary staging tips and design ideas. Derrick does go the extra mile and has the experience to show his clients the best ways to repair, prepare and maintain their home ultimately achieving them an awesome result. Derrick is often more than happy to throw on a tool belt and steel caps to join in.

Proud son of Stewart and Christine Williams, who inspired Derrick from an early age through their own commitment and dedication to community groups such as Browns Plains Little Athletics Centre. It was at the end of this season finishing March 2017, after 31 years of volunteering that Stewart and Christine made the tough decision to step away and enjoy retirement fully.
