We are an independent locally owned and operated boutique real estate agency who are leaders in the local market.

Devlin Estate Agents was established in 2003, our Principal; Rod Devlin acquired and merged two existing real estate agencies in the town to create Devlin Estate Agents Beechworth with a focus on customer service, professionalism and leading edge technologies.

Our core market focus is on serving the real estate needs of the communities of Beechworth and the surrounding district and the broader North East Victorian market. We are experienced specialists in auctioneering, property management, sales and leasing of residential, rural, vacant land, lifestyle and commercial properties.

Our Property Management department is headed by Jacinta Devlin, a fully Licensed Estate Agent, with over 12 years experience who's eye for detail and industry knowledge far surpasses any other property management practitioners in the local market.
