About Domenic Arpa - Real Estate Agent
I grew up in Geelong and at the age of 25, I moved to Melbourne to complete my degree in Business and to be closer to my now wife, who grew up in the Eastern suburbs. We now reside in Bulleen, where we both felt it would be a great place to start our family.
Prior to real estate, I was working full time in the event industry, where I could extend my passion for bringing families & friends together at my concerts that make people happy. So I thought, "Why not combine my passion of property and bringing people together?"
And that's where I decided I would move into real estate where I could help families on a daily basis and assist them to achieve their goals and their property dreams, and that really what hits home for me.
When I decided to move into real estate, choosing the right agency was important to me. I chose Hudson Bond based on their values and ethics, and on what they have been able to do in the community over the past 40+ years. It really resonated with how I grew up in Geelong and with my family values.
I believe that when somebody works, or if you want to call it work, you need to enjoy what you do. Real estate, for me, is a passion. It's not work. My aim is to just help people on a daily basis because every client wants an agent that they can trust. It's as simple as that.
Outside of real estate, I have a passion for directing & producing international events when time allows, visiting new restaurants, attend cultural events around the city of Melbourne, go to the footy during winter months, go for drives to the Mornington Peninsula, and spend time with my family.
