Selling your property is apparently one of the most stressful things you may ever do. It doesn’t have to be this way, if you are in the right hands…..

Having sold hundreds of properties in 3 different countries I know how to get results for my vendors, and I make no excuses for the fact that I act for my vendors first and foremost. Yes I have a responsibility to buyers, but I act for my vendors and proudly so.

I entered the real estate market as a first home buyer (worst house best street that we could afford) and then eventually as an Investor with a portfolio of 8 properties that we sold to move to NZ.

It was at an investment course where the presenter said ” go do a real estate agents’ course- that way you at least know what they know” that my career started without me even realising it at the time.

I had no intention of actually selling real estate and it was only through a weird set of circumstances where I helped an associate sell their property that I thought hold on that was fun, I got a record price in the building that helped me because I owned 4 apartments in the building, and I thought this may be worthwhile looking into. A few days later the phone rang, and I got another listing. Another record price, and then the sales just started building up and the rest is history.

I built a very successful work from home agency almost by mistake but that helped me build up enough reserves to leave South Africa and head off to New Zealand.

It was in NZ that I first received proper training around best practices strict compliance legislation meant that the learning curve was steep but it’s training that gets implemented every single day.

I made number 1 in the agency within 4 months, and then moved to a big yellow franchise. Within 30 months I was #1 in what was at the time the #1 office globally that had over 50 agents.

Reaching Elite status TWICE in a year and being ranked in the Top 20 of all agents in New Zealand (1700+) and in the Top 5 for growth is NOT something that an agent can achieve on their own.

I realised that I need help, so I used my previous work life’s experiences and built up a lean team, that smashed records on a regular basis. Brilliant admin, strong systems and procedures, a huge work ethic, and morals not often found in sales (call me old school, where a handshake means something) and a genuine enjoyment selling real estate makes for a happy environment and my vendors reap the rewards. Like most salespeople, my strength is in negotiating, not admin. I’ve also learnt that not only is it important to have the right people on your team, but to have the right team members doing the right job.

Kelli also started her Real Estate career in New Zealand before moving to the Gold Coast over 10 years ago working in admin for over 17+ years and received Queensland Administrator of the year. (Thank you Mr White)

I’ve perfected systems to achieve top dollar for my sellers. I negotiate like a man possessed (Kelli says “like a dog with a bone”) but I prefer my analogy better.

I understand the “psychology of a sale” and use this to achieve great results for my vendors.

We have fun doing what we do.

If you do what you love for a living you’ll never work a day in your life, and we DO love what we do.

And i’m perfectly ok with saying that we are bloody good at what we do.

It’s not bragging if you can back it up. And we can.
