About Donnaz Daniel - Real Estate Agent
Kapunda has been my home for eight years now. Our first impression of this amazing community was the support we received from strangers during the Pinery Fires which started 3 weeks after our arrival. Like most in Kapunda we were scared, separated from the kids, managing evacuations and for us, not knowing the roads well. The way everyone rallied around the local residents and offered their support, for me and my family confirmed that we had arrived in a truly special little community.
After entering the property market at twenty-one with my now husband, I began a career in real estate sales and within three years ranked in the top 15% of sales agents for the International Real Estate Network I worked for.
My passion for property extended into my personal life where over the years we have bought and sold multiple properties, developed, and subdivided land, set-up trusts, self-managed super funds and currently are experienced landlords for multiple rentals. Having worked in all facets of Real Estate I pride myself in my in depth knowledge of the industry and being able to pass that knowledge onto my clients, helping them make informed decisions on when to buy, sell, rent, or invest in property.
