Hi, my name is Dot and I have been living and working in Rockingham since arriving from the UK in 1989.

I have worked in several jobs all as different from the next, but my real passion is Real Estate I completed my sales course in 2003 and have never looked back, I have an eye for fine detail and design and have advised some clients who have requested some advice on what to do before they go to market, on how to get a swifter sale with the use of color and positioning of their furniture, plants and how to declutter personal items from the property.

I believe that when a person lists their property with an agent it is because they trust that agent implicitly to work their best to get you top dollar in the shortest possible timeframe with minimal fuss.

When you list with me and because I work for you I am available for you to contact me, my phone is always on, I have even answered a call to list a property at 2am in London whilst on holiday in the UK and have given details of another property while in the USA, If I am with a client I will return your call as soon as I am able or if you phone the office our marketing assistant will pass on your message they will also email you updates or forward documents directly from the office to you to keep you up to date with every stage of the process.

I have achieved many accolades whilst working in my role as a sales rep over the years, including the Captains Club being within 15% of top sales reps in Australia within the first 2 years & the REIWA Multi Million Dollar Club on occasion.

Selling both Residential & Rural property as a Sales Rep and Buyers Agent in the millions of dollars, keeps bringing back loyal clients who know they will get the best rep for the job that will go the extra mile to get you where you need to be.

If a client has specific needs in their next property whether it be a school catchment, horse, canal or beach property either local or out of town they know I will do my utmost to meet their needs and find them their next property.
