In November 2013, David Cousins & Andrea O’Neill purchased the franchise office of Elders Real Estate Ulverstone, based at 60 Reibey Street with the agency offering residential sales & rentals in the Central Coast area and surrounding districts, and Rural Real Estate Sales covering an area from Elizabeth Town to Burnie.
