Elizabeth Teal (Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent) has been with Elders since 2012, having started her career in 1999 as a sales consultant specializing in residential property.

Renovating 6 properties prior to Avoca increased interest in another new property and Elizabeth and Heathcliffe purchased Hedon Farm in 2008 – the historic link to the area a drawcard.

Friendships have been forged with many others ‘new’ to Avoca (at least 20 years to be a local) and the relaxed country living plus sense of community is most apparent.

She has been involved with the Avoca Chinese Garden since its inception in 2013 and it continues to be an immense source of satisfaction.

The diversity of property (particularly lifestyle) in and around Avoca is amazing. Elizabeth has sold ranges from bush blocks to Victorian villas, contemporary to period properties.

Elizabeth enjoys presenting a property for sale and will assist the vendor with pre-sale advice and, in the case of absentee vendors, the practical preparation of a property.

Great care is taken with photos and text for an online brochure knowing that this is the key introduction of a property to new buyers.

Elizabeth loves the challenge of helping her clients’ properties stand out in a busy market and achieving the right price. Vendors are always the primary consideration.
