About Eric Wong - Real Estate Agent
Eric's first encounter with real estate agents was when his parents needed to sell their home to fulfil his dad's dream of starting a business. In short, 6 months and many lies later, his family ended up selling their home for 10% less than the original purchase price.
Little did he know, selecting the most popular local agent does not equate to achieving the best results. In fact, because they were so popular, they could not have cared less about his family's welfare. A few of the highlights were: significantly over quoting the sale price, constantly turning up late to open inspections and not giving any useful feedback apart from reducing the asking price.
Many years later, Eric had a chance encounter to listen to John McGrath (being an old boy of High) and he realised real estate agents do not need to lie. From that moment on, Eric have aspired to help people like his parents to achieve their dreams.
