It is the privilege of meeting, getting to know and being entrusted to assist her clients in a part of their journey. “Everybody has a story to tell, so to be invited into someone’s home or space and to be able to have that human connection is what drives and fascinates me to do what I do” Ericka is a highly experienced real estate agent. Starting her career in the City of Whitehorse, she then moved to Melbourne’s inner east, working within the Boroondara market alongside some industry leaders and notable figures. The last decade has seen her specialise within the eastern municipalities of Manningham & Whitehorse. Ericka's passion and dedication towards the real estate industry is stronger now than when she began. She continues to thrive in all market conditions and believes you must be able to pivot no matter what circumstances are thrown at you. What excites Ericka the most about her partnership with The Agency is the opportunity to broaden the depth of her ability to assist her clients and being aligned with the company’s ethos that “brands don’t sell properties, people do”, allowing the focus to be entirely on the client. Most importantly, Ericka wants to inject plenty of vibrancy and fun into the process. Loving what you do and doing it to the best of your ability is an important value Ericka and her husband Jason try to instil in their 2 teenage children. A self-confessed foodie, Ericka and her family love travelling and sharing new experiences together.
