As a well-known and highly respected true Real Estate Professional, Con Nicolis is the founder and Managing Director of Est8 agent. He has over 31 years’ experience within the industry and is a member within the local community. Con lives and breathes property with an unsurpassed passion for real estate.

Specializing in Residential and Commercial Leasing, Sales and Management not only as a Managing Director of prior companies but collectively as a day to day hands on Property Management Director and Sales agent which captures and upholds the trust, confidence and loyalty of his clients.
