Esther Nilson is a highly experienced property management specialist with her own small real estate business, Coronis + Esther Nilson, based in Southern River, Perth WA. She services all suburbs in Perth’s South-Eastern metropolitan area and the Perth CBD. Esther commenced in real estate in 2007 and progressed through various roles in the industry before finding her passion in property management in 2011. She won the Rising Star Award with the Leading Property Managers Association (LPMA) in 2013 and was awarded Property Manager of the Year with LPMA in 2015 – the first Western Australian to do so.

Esther understands that every client is different and therefore has different requirements. She doesn’t believe in the “one size fits all approach” and will tailor a service to suit their individual needs, without compromising on quality. Aside from real estate, Esther’s other passion is training new recruits to the industry and CPD training to her industry peers, as a qualified trainer with REIWA. She is also currently the Deputy Chair of the REIWA Property Manager's Networking Committee, assisting REIWA Advocacy for appropriate industry and legislative changes.

Esther is also experienced and licensed in property sales and is able to provide a seamless service for clients wishing to sell their investment property, or those wishing to sell to investors. With Esther’s property management experience, she knows the procedures and legislative parameters to ensure a smooth transition for all parties. Esther is also excited to offer this sales service to any home-owner, as a facilitator of lifestyle changes. With a focus on due diligence, ethics and transparency, Esther’s back-to-basics approach is refreshing and instils confidence and clarity surrounding the sales transaction right through to settlement.

Esther loves to travel with her family whenever possible and experience the wonders of different places and cultures. She has participated in two separate volunteer house building projects in Cambodia, which she found to be very rewarding experiences. Holidays to Vietnam, the Amalfi Coast and Greek islands are on her bucket list.

Esther has played many sports over the years (even achieving her Shodan black belt in Karate) and has spent many enjoyable hours on the sidelines of her children’s numerous sporting activities.
