Evie is a Melbourne North native and has been with Love & Co since 2014. Her familiarity with the local area and her time with Love & Co gives her an unparalleled understanding of both renter and property owner requirements.

As Head of Property Management, Evie believes in a client-first approach for both renters and property owners. She and her team develop strong, long-term relationships with the people they work with, to ensure all parties’ needs are met.

She is known for her attention to detail when it comes to maximising the value of a property and negotiating solutions that benefit both parties.

In order to maintain the standards she sets for herself and her team, Evie also has a hands-on role managing part of the portfolio herself so she can continue to develop and refine the renter and property owner experience with Love & Co.

When she is not providing exemplary property management services, Evie can be found exploring Melbourne’s restaurants and cafes, or hanging with her cat, Harry and a good book.
