Our heritage

Now well known as Fall Real Estate, Dennis and Greg Fall knew their direction and values when they established the company nearly 30 years ago. They aimed to be independent of franchise groups and build the business their way.Dennis and Greg Fall based their business model on strong family values and wanted to be known for their integrity and trust. With this in mind, they set out to employ experienced, professional staff whom they could support with specialised training and equip them to be at their best for you. This business model has been proven over time, allowing the agency to thrive and enrich the real estate lives of thousands.Today, with eight strong offices strategically located across Southern Tasmania, Fall currently employs over 70 staff members. Fall also contracts photographers, sign makers, writers, giftware suppliers and technical support people, never forgetting the importance of individual face-to-face contact with you.Dennis and Greg continue to share their legacy vision, inspiring us to hold the same values and direction. They care, and our team at Fall Real Estate care about you, which is shown in how we consistently work with and value our clients and customers.
