These connections are at the heart of Felicity's success.

She sees the four weeks of the sales campaign as just the start, as she builds on initial contact to create ongoing relationships amongst vendors and buyers alike. Her deep understanding of the sales process ensures that every opportunity is optimised; whether it's using an expert eye to ensure vendors' homes are presented for maximum effect, overseeing photography at a professional standard, or ensuring that media and marketing materials are both accurate and eye-catching.

With involvement in hundreds of successful sales over the years, Felicity is confident of her skills and the skills of the team around her. Even during the toughest negotiation or most apathetic auction, Felicity remains unfailingly positive. This same positivity drives Felicity's life outside work. Born in the Bentleigh area, Felicity spent her teenage years in Hong Kong with her family before choosing to return to the locale she knows (and loves) the best to build her career. The booming development environment and increasingly international market she found on returning is her perfect fit - providing endless opportunity to build connections, put the process to work and exceed her clients' expectations.
