Fergus moved to Perth from Ireland in the early 1970's and tried his hand at different jobs in factories, the banking sector, and then real estate. After working as an employee sales rep for a number of years Fergus started his own real estate business on Flinders Street in Yokine in 1996, with just one rental property and two staff. A few years later he moved to a larger premises just a 100m away, re-badged to Professionals, and now has a team of 14 sales, property management, and administrative staff. Fergus still regularly sells residential real estate for both long term and new clients and is a great mentor for his business partners.
