Gail is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, she is a Director & the Senior Property Manager, at Raine & Horne Orange. Gail has lived in Orange & the surrounding rural district all her life & was educated here in Orange. Gail commenced her working career in the Insurance Industry, joining the Real Estate Industry in 1983, where she progressed to Property Management. During this period, Gail travelled overseas & returned home to become a Director at Raine & Horne Orange, operating the business with her husband Roger. Gail & Roger have three children, Hilary, Mitchel & Angus, who they have raised in the local community & who are now young adults. Having been in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years, Gail is an expert in her field. As a Director of Raine & Horne Orange, when dealing with Gail, you are not just dealing with a staff member, you are dealing with a person who has an interest in the business, but also an interest in your investment property. In fact Gail knows what is expected from a Property Management Team, as she has rental properties herself & she beleives that there are no excuses for rental arrears, nor are there excuses for rental arrears, nor are there excuses for damages to properties - it's all about selecting the right Tenant.
