Driven by a dream to establish a real estate agency that offered more, Gail founded Sash & Gable Property in 2016, shaping it into the company and independent brand we know today.
When Gail looked for her own house upon moving to Australia from Zimbabwe, she remembers an overwhelming feeling of not being listened to, with no effort made to find what was right for her.
Although it required hard work and sacrifice to set up her own agency, Gail was determined to improve the real estate journey for others.
Gail strives to have her clients feel heard and included, and although Sash & Gable Property is boutique, it offers clients a supportive team environment, as every negotiation is skilfully managed with Gail’s trademark warmth and confidence.
Gail is a bayside local who has built up fantastic resources in the area along with invaluable insider knowledge enabling her to offer advice and support on any home-related matter.
