About Gail Hunter - Real Estate Agent

Gail has worked in the real estate industry in Queensland since moving from Victoria in 1992. Her passion is matching people with property and her genuine interest in people and her love of life on the Sunshine Coast shines through.

For the first 8 years, Gail worked in Property Management, caring for large residential and holiday property portfolios on the Sunshine Coast, eventually overseeing more than 1,000 properties over 3 offices and supervising 12 staff. She was Awarded REIQ Property Manager of the Year for Queensland and later for the Sunshine Coast, was Chairperson of the REIQ Property Management Chapter, and also a Trainer and Workplace Assessor for the Industry.

Since the year 2000, Gail has enjoyed off-the-plan project marketing for major developers such as Juniper, Lend Lease and Reed Property Group, among others. Between 2019 and 2022 Gail was contracted to Walter Iezzi Property Group successfully recording more than $110,000,000 in sales.

Her desire is to continue to look after the real estate interests of the many clients and friends she has dealt with over the years. McGill Property Group was the perfect fit for her to facilitate the general real estate side of her business.

Gail is on the Foundation Board of UniSC and is a Fellow of the REIQ. She also supports many charities on the Sunshine Coast.

Outside of real estate, Gail enjoys spending quality time with her family including her 6 precious grandchildren.
