With over 18 years firsthand experience in Real Estate and after taking 12 months off to build his family home in Perth, Garrick has returned to Real Estate in this new position as Property Consultant with Bellcourt Property Group - South Perth.

With a legacy passed down by his father, Warren McCamey, Garrick has a vision for a real estate future that serves South Perth, Kensington, Como, Victoria Park and its surrounds with a fresh energy, innovation, integrity and knowledge.

One of the youngest graduates to receive a Triennial Certificate in Western Australia, Garrick worked as Principal and Director of a South Perth agency for 9 successful years. Making the decision to 'up stumps' and leave Perth, Garrick took up a position in the South West, opening an office for a long established agency and managing their property management department.

Property Management holds a special place for Garrick, having commenced as a property manager over 18 years ago and he thoroughly enjoys the challenge to constantly push the boundaries, endeavouring to improve the day-to-day processes and how both tenants & landlords are looked after.

Garrick's mission is to build a solid and loyal customer base. He believes that superior customer service is the back bone to any successful business and works consistently to exceed the expectations of his clients.

This philosophy is carried through his day-to-day dealings, where he operates with integrity and continually seeks to serve the best interests of his clients.
