An entrepreneur with a vision to provide industry-leading real estate services and solutions for all stakeholders; Gary Gulati founded Waratah Estate Agents in 2013. 

Since its inception, Waratah has grown from strength to strength and now has a workforce that services not only Sydney but also offers investment opportunities to clients across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra. A growing, thriving organisation that it is; Waratah incorporates innovative technology and adopts a client-centred approach that is honest and transparent at its core.

With a Degree in Engineering and a Diploma in Property Services, Gary worked with Ray White before starting his organisation. With an extensive experience that traverses rental property management, residential real estate, and off the plan properties, Gary has built a brand that is reliable, consistent and is well known in North-West Sydney.

Gary is a calm, considerate and collaborative leader who encourages the strengths of diverse talent whilst embedding a culture of positivity and innovation with a vision to inculcate autonomy and leadership at every level of the organisation.

With experience in relationship building and influencing, Gary has built and maintained excellent relations with some of the leading names in the industry including Geocon, Tribeca, Luxeland, DIHE and many more. He is valued for his innovative ideas, expertise, business development and ethical business practices. His sense of humour can lighten up the most difficult of conversations.

Gary takes his corporate social responsibility seriously and strives to give back to the community through various community engagement activities and by lending his support to some of the not-for-profit organisations.
