Gina opened her first Raine & Horne office in Burpengary in 2002. a non selling principal Gina is renowned for her dedication to all of her clients and her staff. In 2014 Gina opened her 2nd office in Morayfield as she could see the need for an office who were experienced in the growth in the area. In 2016 the 3rd office - North Lakes was opened making Raine & Horne one of the top agencies with largest publication coverage for all listings in Moreton Bay region.

Since 2002 we have been awarded many awards for our sales success in the region. Gina Wells was recently awarded the highest award with Raine & Horne - Principal of the year for all of her outstanding commitment to the Raine & Horne network. In 2016 Gina was also awarded with 15 Years Service Recognition and Local Community Excellence 2016.

Gina has great knowledge of the Moreton Bay region as she has lived in the area for 25 years. Having a sales background of 20 years she knows the ins and outs of negotiation that is a strategic need in Real Estate. Her determination and passion for Real Estate Sales is such an asset that exceeded in all aspects of real estate turning her knowledge into a successful business.
