Glenn commenced a career in Real Estate at the age of 18 entering the arena of Residential Sales. At the age of 20 Glenn qualified under WA licensing as a Real Estate Agent and was the youngest ever licensee at that time. In 1995 he purchased a business specialising in Residential Sales and Property Management. He introduced systems into the business and increased the sales turnover by over 9 times its original in the next 5 years whilst doubling the size of the Property Management portfolio. Glenn continued to sell and regularly achieved success recognized within the top award sector offered in the Franchise Group.

Recruited to Raine & Horne in 2004 to run the Applecross Office, Glenn fostered a team which aligned itself with his strong Real Estate systems. Within 2 years this Company went on to turn over 10 times the original sales figures and double the size of the Residential Property Management list. Glenn commenced as the Director of Franchise Services for Raine & Horne WA where he delivered Business Coaching and Training. As a shareholder in Raine & Horne WA he then accepted a contract to assist the Raine & Horne Fremantle office with streamlining their operations and improving their sales systems.

Glenn relocated to Darwin in 2008 as the General Manager of Raine & Horne Darwin where he is delivering and

implementing the systems which delivered previous success across Australia and overseas. Since taking the helm in Darwin his team has maintained a position in the Top Ten offices Internationally by volume of sales within the group. In 2012 they achieved No 2 position and had over 1,000 homes under management with 40 staff.
