Growing up in Shelly Beach and completing Year 12 at Port Macquarie High School, Glenn forged a career with NSW Police Force working in Sydney and Tweed Heads. Reaching the rank of Sergeant, Glenn 'came home' so his own children could experience the wholesome upbringing he did.
Now the proud Dad to three teenage boys, Glenn is actively involved in their sporting teams and clubs, and is currently a club coach for Port Macquarie Sharks Junior Rugby League. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring our youth and until recently was an active member of the Port Macquarie Surf Life Saving Club (PMSLSC).
Both Glenn and his late father, Will Scott, have the honour of being the first father and son combination to undertake the roles of Junior Activities Chairperson as their respective children became lifesavers.
