Grace comes from a solid 6 year back ground in sales. Starting in Real Estate at a ripe young age of (19) grounded her and taught her a wealth of knowledge.

Grace went on to work for Dhalia Real Estate in Europe then upon her return to Australia she moved into the world of Conveyancing. Grace went on to take more responsibility and in 2010 co- owned and helped establish a well-known restaurant in Geelong.

In 2012 Grace started working for one of the biggest known travel agencies in Geelong and also Melbourne.

After such an extensive combination of sales roles Grace decided to come back to what she enjoys and knows best- Real Estate.

What makes Grace so down to earth and easy to deal with is that she has been in your shoes; she has experienced your fears, has asked your questions and has wanted someone that can deliver results with a smile

Grace worked alongside Daniel for the first 4 years of her career then went into partnership with Daniel and Michelle opening, establishing and directing the 4th Hayeswinckle office on the Bellarine for the last 4 years.
