About Grace Meadowcroft - Real Estate Agent
Grace is a newcomer to the real estate industry and has recently joined the St Kilda team as a Property Manager. Before embarking on her real estate career Grace worked in Retail for three years, prior to that was a Sales Assistant at a Bakery and to combat her boredom during lock down spent some time doing Traffic Controlling.
Grace prides herself on her can-do attitude and willingness to listen. She will always go out of her way to help someone if they need something and does her utmost to ensure the best outcome. Grace describes herself as a fun, enthusiastic and caring person. She’s optimistic, bubbly, always looks for the best in every situation and is always willing to lend an ear to anyone that needs it.
Grace believes that having worked in retail has taught her a lot of patience when it comes to dealing with people. “ I’ve found my patience for people exceeds most people’s limits” says Grace, who has realised she has the ability to defuse issues rather well.
Grace is excited by the fast paced nature of the real estate environment and enjoys the fact that it keeps her on her toes. She particularly loves seeing and sharing in the excitement of people when she hands them the keys to a property they’ve just rented.
Away from work, Grace is a big St Kilda fan. She has a dog named Billy who is her absolute pride and joy. When she’s not at work, she loves getting out and about with friends, going out to eat or attending concerts or festivals. She’s also an avid gym lover and attends most days.
