Graham and Margaret Engeman live near Gympie in the Mary Valley and joined Coronis in October 2019. Since then, they have sold numerous properties including many farms and small acreages.

Graham has been selling Real Estate and Livestock for about 20 years in the Gympie Region and has built a reputation for experience, market knowledge and quality advice.

Graham has a background as a schoolteacher, police officer as well as small business operator. Margaret is a retired school principal. Their 4 children all have successful careers.

Graham, together with their daughter, Naomi Cooney, breed Brangus cattle at Kandanga and are involved in showing cattle and volunteering for community organisations. Graham has been President of the Gympie District Show Society working with a team of passionate fellow residents for over 20 years.

Graham believes the greatest challenge in any small business is maintaining personal contact with buyers and sellers and ensuring an honest and reputable approach to others in the community.

Real estate is a remarkably busy and ‘hands on’ profession where experience and ‘life skills’ are vital to ensuring advice is correct and up to date. Graham prides himself on team co-operation, work ethic and customer service both during and after the sale program.
