Grant entered real estate in 1996 after working in a family business, and works hard to ensure that all his clients receive expert advice. His eye for detail extends to the properties he sells; he often suggests small cost effective improvements that make a big difference to the end result.

A partner at Nelson Alexander, Grant is proud of the company’s resources, cross referencing of knowledge and co-operative approach – all of these tools enhance his ability when it comes to listing and selling inner-city property.

Grant is married to Amanda and together have two boys. His relaxed and personable style makes him a favourite with clients and his committed approach emphasises a desire to achieve the best possible result.
