It has been a while since I have seen a property like this come to market in Melville. Not just because of the land size but what this offers you. A well cared for and well-established home with the original home being built in the 1950’s and additions added on over time. This has created one awesome family home and best of all you can still add value to it.

With those original features being a standout throughout the home, from the high ceilings to ornate cornices and Jarrah floorboards. The homes versatile floorplan means you could ultimately have three living areas by making the current dining area a living and dining area which would become a integral part of the home with the servers opening from the kitchen.

The original living area has a nostalgic feel to it. With high ceilings, ornate cornices, jarrah floorboards and a fireplace which is still in use. This creates a quiet, relaxing and cosy space for reading or some quiet downtime.

Even though the original build is from the late 50’s the way the additions have been added make a lot of sense. The minor bedrooms on the left side of the home and the Parents Retreat on the right. Giving the kids and parents their own space and privacy which can be a hard attribute to find in any home.

Speaking of the kids wing, they have their entire own living space where you could also fit a desk for study space. All three minor bedrooms are a great size and with those big windows there is also a flood of natural light.

The Master Suite has a tranquil feel thanks to the amazing outlook onto the garden space plus you can really open this space up thanks to the bi-fold doors allowing in all the fresh air.

The rear garden has space for kids to play, dogs to run, parties for kids and adults to be had and can create so many lasting memories. To top it off there is parking down the side for a boat or caravan, a shed at the rear for those who like to tinker or extra storage and you have more than enough space for chickens a veggie patch or even a pool.

Overall, this wonderful family home is one that is rare to find and you may not find another like it for quite some time.
