Still paying someone else's mortgage?
Two of these first-home packages in Lilywood's Stage 13 have already sold. Lot 605 is back on the market after the last sale fell through, and this is your last chance at this one. Land registration is December 2026, so the land needs a deposit as soon as possible.
THE PACKAGE
A brand-new Alida 14 on a 294m² block, house and land for $749,950.
The Alida 14 is a 135m² single-level home designed for narrow blocks. The main bedroom is tucked at the back, away from the street, with its own ensuite and walk-in robe. The kitchen, living and dining area is one open space that opens straight onto the alfresco. Two more bedrooms sit at the front, with a main bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry and a lock-up single garage.
The block is a regular 10.5m x 28m lot facing Landings Boulevard, close to level with only 0.2m of fill.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Ultra's Inspire range means the everyday things are already in the price:
- 7kW split system air conditioning
- Stone benchtops
- Blockout roller blinds
- Heat pump hot water
- Exposed aggregate driveway
- Remote garage door
- Council and QBCC fees
- H1 slab allowance and a larger front porch to meet Lilywood's design rules
Supersize Your Home: pay your deposit by 31 October 2026 and Ultra adds $15,000 of upgrades to eligible single-storey Inspire homes like this one, including 2590mm ceilings, a 1200mm wide front door and 900mm Artusi appliances. Conditions apply.
FIRST HOME BUYERS
Here's why it's $749,100 and not $750,000. Queensland's $30,000 First Home Owner Grant is for new homes under $750,000, and this package sits just under the cap. If you're eligible, that's $30,000 toward your build.*
Most people think they need 20% saved. You don't. If you qualify for the Australian Government's 5% Deposit Scheme, you could buy with a 5% deposit (about $37,500 on this package) and no lenders mortgage insurance.
Not sure what you qualify for? I've got the right people for you to talk to, so you know exactly where you stand before you commit.
THE LOCATION
Lilywood is in Waraba, just west of Caboolture, roughly halfway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Think of it as Caboolture's version of Aura: a whole new master-planned area being built from scratch.
A new Coles is being built less than 500m from the estate. The roof is on, and it will anchor the new Lilywood Village shopping centre with food, retail and everyday services. Waraba is planned to get its own town centre, so you're not buying at the end of something. You're getting in at the start.
The catch? It's a single garage on a smaller block. That's how it comes in under $750,000.
Lilywood Landings is an owner-occupier estate, and you'll need finance pre-approval to secure the land.
Message or call Andrew Nix on 0498 800 312 or

A note on the photos: the images in this listing are of Ultra's Hamptons facade and other completed Ultra homes, not this house on this lot. Your home will be built to the Alida 14 floor plan, with the facade, colours and finishes you select.
Price is land + build on Ultra's October price list for building contracts signed by 28 December 2026, including porch and H1 slab allowances. The advertised price includes Supersize, which applies to deposits paid by 31 October 2026 on eligible homes; conditions apply. *The $30,000 First Home Owner Grant is a Queensland Government grant for eligible first home owners building a new home valued under $750,000. Eligibility is assessed by the Queensland Revenue Office, not Ultra Living Homes. The 5% Deposit Scheme is an Australian Government scheme for eligible Australian citizens and permanent residents; eligibility, price caps and lender criteria apply. This is not financial advice. Subject to land availability, site investigations, developer requirements, selections and final pricing. Landscaping, turf, fencing, letterbox and clothesline are not included.
