With more than 13 years of real estate sales experience behind him, Iain knows what it takes to be a good agent - but unlike many in the industry, he prefers to skip the flashy sales talk and false promises.
Preferring a commitment to honesty, open communication and hard work, Iain has now sold over 350 properties for more than $300m during his career, through all types of market conditions.

Born in England, Iain fell in love with Australia while backpacking in the 1990s, finally settling for the quiet life on the Sunshine Coast with his wife and their three children in 2005. It’s a far cry from his previous career in IT and international business where he faced gruelling daily city commutes and jetting between Australia and the USA with a client roster including household names such as Nestle, Disney, General Motors, CBS and NBC.
The quest for new challenges and a change of pace landed Iain at Henzells Agency in 2013 where he quickly asserted himself as one of the region’s leading consultants, and earning himself a stack of company and industry awards.
Away from work, Iain enjoys spending time outdoors, camping/traveling, bushwalking through the Glasshouse Mountains or hitting the local beaches. He's also developed a rather expensive taste for good single malt whisky!
