Ian’s understanding of the local market, and extensive experience in property development, is second to none. His ability to achieve the best outcomes for his vendors is evident in the loyal client base he has built over many years in the industry.

Born in England, Ian’s family migrated to Australia when he was just 5 years old and made Belmont their home, where young Ian happily grew up with his two brothers. He now lives in Torquay, loves to hit the surf, helps out with training the little nippers at Torquay SLSC and dabbles in a bit of gourmet cooking. But his favourite pastime is hanging out with his beautiful daughter Evelyn, heading out on coastal adventures and living life to the full!
