For Ilona Barry, there’s so much more to real estate than securing premium sales results – it’s about the relationships and genuine connections she’s made along the way. It’s about emotions too and helping people navigate what can be either a stressful or exciting time. No matter the reason for buying or selling, Ilona sees it as a privilege to assist clients to move forward during what is often a very emotional time in their life.

After pursuing her long-held passion for property in 2014, she brings to real estate 25 year’s worth of sales experience and the mantra that customer service and communication is key. A depth of hands-on experience serves Ilona well too. Her first investment property purchase in her mid-20’s soon transformed into buying and selling 13 homes (many of which required renovation) as well as designing and building two houses. During this property journey, it’s taught Ilona that to maximise your sale price, attention to detail and adding value is vital. This is why she strives for excellence in marketing and has since averaged in excess of 50 sales a year.

During her illustrious career, Ilona has also been recognised by esteemed real estate trainer Josh Phegan. He invited her to present at his 2017 BluePrint event in Sydney in front of almost 500 real estate agents, as one of four Australian finalists for his Changed Agent Awards.
